possible.

* WHERE...In South Dakota, Butte, Harding, Northern Foothills,
Northern Meade Co Plains, Northern Perkins, Southern Meade Co
Plains, Southern Perkins, and Sturgis/Piedmont Foothills. In
Wyoming, Northeastern Crook.

* WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings, and
signs. Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
